Emerald eyes blink at his words and tilts her head. "Really? I thought that this was smaller than most." A small pause to think before smiling. "I guess then that I do have enough space to take in more of your clan once I learn enough from you." But then he sees his bedroom and she couldn't help but to giggle. "Yes, it is. This space is yours for however you want to use it besides sleeping."

Awww, cute. She moves to be on her tip toes to pet his hair. "Shampoo is like soap but made for hair. There is also conditioner that makes your hair softer and more appealing to others. Bubbles? You like bubble baths?" All of the mental notes and he is making it so hard not to squeal at his cuteness.

"But for now, rest... Rest so you can become well enough to shop for things you want or like."

Haurchefant eyes widen at the bed and having a bit of a foxy moment, he zoomies to the bed and jump on it. He sniffs at the pillows and blanket. The bed gives him a bounce. He gives another jump to give another bounce and there's a fox giggle at the amusement. "This bed is very cozy." He finally said as he rolled around on the bed. Yes, he loves his new bed and bedroom very much.

He nods, "Yes, those things that make the bubbles. I remember when a nurse help wash me, she washed off the dirt and blood away so my fur is all clean." He said.

He got off the bed, "I'm hungry. Anything good to eat?" He said with a wag of his tail.

Leanne was silently wishing that she had her cellphone with her to record his zoomies on the new bed. Cute, he was being so cute that she was so glad to have brought him into her home. "Of course, I pick only the finest of bed for my home. But I am glad that you like it."

Help wash him? She.... She didn't think of that. "I guess I will have to help you wash for at least your first few baths." There was a small blush at the thought. "But there are soaps and oils that make the bath water bubbly and is meant to soak in and relax."

At the mention of his hunger, she goes to let out a small chuckle. "Dinner will be ready in around an hour if you can wait. Planning on baking some potatoes along with some steaks. But if you can, I can get some fruit for you in the kitchen."

"Yeah, when I was hurt, I couldn't reach for my tail, and they have to brush it out." His tail has thick fur and it's the fluffiest part of him besides the pair of ears on the side of his head.

He got off the bed and with a cheerful wag, "Dinner is going to be ready? Anyway, I could help?" His mouth waters as it has been a long day and arriving in his new home, he's excited and slowly settled in. "Steaks and potatoes sound really good." His stomach have the rumbling sound at the thought already.

She listens before slowly nodding her head. "I see... I can help with your tail when you bathe." And man, he has a fluffy tail that she wants to touch badly.

And aww he was being extra cute! "Yes, dinner is gonna be ready." She moves closer to start petting him. "Only if you are up for it. But it's okay if you just want to rest, you have a big day." She then beams a little. "And dessert is gonna be blueberry pie." All the petting before moving to start heading back to the kitchen.

She's welcome to pet his ears and tail. He already proves he didn't mind. He follows her to the bright kitchen to help out whenever she could like setting up the table for dinner. He learns well from observing and being taught by the kennel people how to assimiliate.

"Table is ready. I hope it's good like this." He sat at the table, waiting for food she's cooking to be served.

She already know that she will be too attached to him. After a quick showing where everything is as she goes to put in the pie so it can cook while they eat, as well as the finishing touches.

"It looks good. Are you able to reach everything with no issues?" She worries a little as she sets the steaks on the table. She does another quick scan before grabbing the plate with the baked potatoes. "I hope that this tastes good to you."

It's all fine, because the moment she sets the food on the table, he sniffs and makes a small howl of pleasure, and with a fork and knife, he digs into the steak and potatoes for a start. "It looks so good!"

He eats and gobbles the meat and the potatoes down. "It's really good. I never had anything like this."

Stop endearing yourself to her! You are being far too adorable for your own good!

"Don't eat too quickly, we don't want you to choke." But she couldn't help but to blush at his praise. She eats at a slower pace, enjoying the sight of him enjoying the meal.

"It is nothing special, I just use basic recipes for both. The pie will take a bit to bake." She just beams at him, feeling pride that he was liking her cooking.

Stop? Never. The feeling of endearment becomes more. "I shared meals with my brothers and comrades of my kin. Sharing a meal with you today is the first." He said with a satisfied smile. "This meal is really delicious."

Once he ate off everything cleanly off his plate, with a fork, he digs at the blueberry pie and eats in big bites. "I never have sweets made like this, but this pastry is very tasty and rich."

Yes, stop it she isn't gonna want to release you back in the wild once everything is better for you. ".... I hope that the rescue efforts will work and you can be reunited with your family again soon." She truly wishes that for him. "Thank you, you are the first I ever cooked for."

As he eats the pie, she goes to start clearing the table so that there will be less work later on. "Th-Thank you.... I am glad that you like it. I will try and make a treat at least once a week for us to enjoy." Every time she passes by him, she couldn't help but to pet the top of his head.

"Should I prepare a bath for you to enjoy before you head to bed?"

"I wouldn't worry about it. I heard good news of the rescue efforts that even it's possible to reach a truce with the dragons and their demands for more land for their nests. They can get really aggressive during mating season and when they laid their eggs, nursing their young. We foxes just don't have much land left to hunt for food."

He's only here a few hours. As to when he returns home, that will be much discussion later. For now, he enjoys his meal and his dessert whole-heartedly. He ate everything off his plate.

"All full!" He grins and helps clear the table, cleaning things up. "Of course, if that's what you want me too. I'll take a shower."

"I am glad to hear that. I hope that a truce can be made soon that works for both foxes and dragon." She quirks a brow as he mentions how aggressive dragons get during mating season. "How aggressive does foxes get during that season? When is it?" Just so she can properly prepare.

A few hours, already she feels like she won't be the same without him.

"You ate quite a bit." She chuckles as he helps with cleaning. "Only if you want a bath. But I should show you have to use the bathroom."

With a yawn and a full belly, "Eh? We're not aggressive at all. The biggest worry is running out of food. So we hunt a lot, as much as we could and store up. We hunt everyday and feed the young ones first because they couldn't defend themselves. As for mating season it could be winter to spring time and the pups appear in the summer." He said.

With excitement, "Yeah a little shower will be nice. Can you show me how?" He said and he follows her at her heels to the bathroom, getting ready for the shower.

"That is good to hear, you know... Just in case you are still here during that time." But then the image of pups and mini-Haurchefants causes her to squeal a little. "Do you have a mate yet, or should I see if a single female has been found of your clan?" She wanted to make sure that all of his needs were met.

Cute! He was being cute! "Of course I can!" Once they arrive back to his room and then the attached bathroom, she goes to show him what all the knobs and dials can do. "I will set a pair of PJs on your bed for you to change into after your shower. My room is down the hall but if you need me, you can press one of the intercom buttons."

With a laugh, "No, not yet. No mate yet. You don't need to go your way out for me for my sake. I think I loss some weight during my time with the nurses, so I need to eat, exercise to get strong and build up the muscles and strength." He said.

He paid attention to how to turn on the water and how to use the liquid soap and shampoo. "I got it. I got bathe several times, so this should be easy. I just need a towel." To cover up before he undresses of course.

She blinks at his laugh before let out a brief sigh. "Okay, if you are sure. But let me know if you change your mind. But don't worry about your weight as I will make sure you won't ever feel hungry again." A small head tilt. "I can get some equiptment for you, let me know what you need to get strong again."

He was a fast learner. He will be able to learn everything in this villa quite quickly. "Let me get you a towel." She walks towards the closet and find one of the bigger one and hands it to him. "Here you go, anything else?"

Not only he's a fast learner, but he quickly strips off his clothes as well. So by the time she hands him a towel, he's already naked with his ears and tail out. He's very well-muscled, well-toned, and not to mention well-endowed.

It happens in a flash and she'll catch a glimpse of him without anything on, "Oh thanks." He reaches for the towel and quickly scurries inside the shower stall to start bathing, turning on the faucet and turn on the water. "Ah, the warm water is the best. It's hard to have hot water where I live."

His physche was something she never expected. She felt a twinge of warmth in response to seeing his body and then.... YUP! The image of his well endowment is never going to leave her mind.

She was blue screening as he hurries into the shower and his praises made her snap out of the blue screen. "I imagine, it is hard to find hot water out in nature. Perhaps with your next shower, I can show you some oils to enhanced your showers. Let me know if you need help with your tail."

All she'll see is a tall, tailed figure of his silhouette behind the shower stall door. He's humming a song in the shower, feeling better and cleaner.

"Back home there's the hotsprings but it's hard to find and very far from my den. Here, the water is so clean." He said. "I would like to try that. Maybe they're good for my fur?" He asked.

"I'll be all right. I just think they're hard to dry, so when I'm done, I need help drying the fur." He said.

When he's finished, he stepped out and dried himself with a towel. He put on his pajamas, but his wet tail which he tries to dry it himself is comically sticking out of his boxer pants. Leanne may need to stitch and sew and make measurements to make a hole of his pants for his tail to stick out. "See? It's all wet and my fur is hard to dry."|

She smiles as she listens to his humming and singing. This is one of those moments she was glad that the shower doors are not see through.

"Ah you know of a hot spring? I bet it was worth the journey to get to it. Oils are good to use for your hair and fur. I use them for my hair. I will show you how to use it before your next shower."

She lets out a laugh and smiles even when he can't see it. "I can help with that. Your hair as well." Haurchefant, be prepared to meet hair dryers.

She waited patiently for him to finish showering, deciding to give him a nice surprise and put some dried flowers inside the pillowcases on his bed.

When he changed and she sees the issue. "I will have to fix your pants...." Ah, but it was time to dry his tail. She pulls out a spray bottle and holds it up. "This will help your tail to dry faster. Perhaps I should install a room to make it easier for you to dry yourself in. Like a room that blows hot air."

With a nod, "I remember the hot spring. It's rare for me to take trips there to bathe. I remember it like it was yesterday before my injury." He said as he carefully cleans himself beneath the water. "I would like to try that definitely."

With a nod since he isn't knowledgeable about human and self-care products that they used. "Sure." But after he's dried and put his pants on. "You could fix it? I wasn't good at sewing myself. The women in my clan are tailors who have to fix my clothes whenever it gets tattered."

She frowns briefly, but letting out a small sigh. "You will be able to see it again. I promise. When you are fully healed I will find a way for you to visit it again."

A small smile as she realizes that he wasn't understanding what she was saying. A quick dry later, she smiles brightly at him. "I can fix it, it might not tmbe the best job but I can do it. But any new clothes, let's get them tailored when we purchase them."

A small sigh before tilting her head. "I would like to hear more about your clan, but let's do it over a cup of hot cocoa."

"Thank you. I know I'll see father and my two brother again someday. The kennel is looking for them currently. My village isn't easy to find since it was hidden in the forest."

He smiles back now that he's fully dry and dressed for the evening. "Yeah, I know it looks weird with my tail sticking out but if you can fix this, it wasn't quite comfortable." He meant the pants. "Sound like a plan."

"Okay, I haven't had a cup of cocoa in ages. I had tea and coffee once, but it's a rare treat where I live."

"Your father and two brothers? If they are anything like you, they would be quite charming." A small sigh. "For any other situation other than this, it is a good thing that your village is hidden."

She smiles and shakes her head. "Why does it look weird? You can help but to have a tail. I would be worried if you didn't have one." A small chuckle as she watches him for a moment. "Believe me, you will be getting more and newer clothing."

Another smile and she walks back to pet his head again before placing a kiss on his forehead if he was sitting down. "Then wait right here and I will bring us a cup of hot cocoa for us to get to know each other better." And with that, she heads out to the kitchen to prep the treat.

After a few moments, she comes back with two mugs with a sprinkling of marshmallows on top. "Here you are."
