A small blush creeps its way onto her cheeks and a small bit of shyness goes through her as he kisses her back. "That's good to hear." Work? Oh yeah, she has to work today. Perhaps she can see if she can come home early. She ponders a question now that his mind wasn't fueled by heat but... She goes to shake her head with a small smile to dismiss her current thoughts.

It was time to enjoy simple joys and pleasure of sharing a meal. "What are your plans for today while I am at work?" Simple small joys. "Should I bring home dinner so we won't have to cook?"

His heat is faded for now but may come back again later in a few hours. "Yes, work." He's a bit disappointed at himself. He thought maybe one way to make money is to look around and see if anyone wants to hire a cat for a security guard in the area. So far, no one is hiring yet, but he kept trying.

"Call me if you want lunch and I can make it and deliver to you." He is a very smart and clever cat. That's one way to save money. "That way for dinner you can order take out and don't cook."

A small pout as he reminders her of work, before she reaches over to give him a few pets. "I can ask around for you as well if you like." He shouldln't have to work but, she sees that desire in his eyes and well, now that they were mates, it will be good if he brought in a little extra.

"Are you trying to spoil me, my good boy?" She giggles before letting out a small sigh. "My co-workers would love to see you again so perhaps if you can make me lunch and bring it to me, it would be wonderful of you to do that. We can eat it together." Her co-workers always seem to faun over him whenever he comes around. "You are such a good cat.... Whatever have I done to deserve you?"

If only he's determined to make himself feel useful, plus helping her out with the bills. He smiles softly. "You bet I will." He said, even if he doesn't have much other than the clothes on his back and his collar, but he wants to make up for everything.

"All right, I'll prepare lunch for us today and we'll eat together." As to her question, he hugs and embraces her. "Nothing. I love you. I just love you alot."

She will have to help him with his search for a job. Someone somewhere has to have a job for him so he could feel useful. She laughs at his words and smiles brightly at him. "I guess I have something to look forward. But be prepared to be spoiled in return." She doesn't need much from him. He has filled her heart so much that even the smallest gesture felt like he was spoiling her.

"I will look forward to seeing what you bring." And she blushes as she couldn't believe that they were officially a couple now. She instantly leans and wraps her arms around him as he embraces her. "It still feels like a dream, to receive your love like this as well as... Last night. You deserve so much more than what I can give you."

"I'm thinking either making sandwiches or riceballs, but you can call me an hour ahead and tell me what you want." He grins.

He embraces her tightly, rocking back and forth for her comfort. "I hope the dream never ends, but this is real." He smiles at her and kisses her. "I think we both deserve each other." He hugs her again, not letting her go. "I love you very much." He purred.

He looks at the clock. "Look at the time. You must hurry and get dressed. It's not late yet, but don't want you to be late for work."

"Hooo both of those sound good." She smiles and gives him a small kiss. "Surprise me then, anything you make will be good."

He was comforting her with his embrace. Truly, what has she done to deserve not only a good pet but such a loving mate. "I hope so as well." A soft chuckle as she reaches up to touch his face. "Mates... We are mates and it's real." Then his smile and kiss, once that she can't help but to kiss back. "I love you too... So very much. I guess a part of me isn't believing that it's real." She giggles and finally lets some happy tears fall.

This sweet moment, if only it could last longer. "I should hurry then... but I don't want to leave you." She goes to give him a kiss before moving to stand up to start heading back to her room. ".... Perhaps I can see if I can do a half day?"

He shook his head, "I love you very much." He didn't want her to leave, but she has a duty. "If you want to become mates, what's to deny you?" He smiles. "You don't have to. But if you're tired, do come home quickly." He said.

He helps her get ready for work, by finding her bags, her clothes, then her keys, and her shoes. Once she's ready to go, he gives her a kiss. "Leave the dishes to me. I'll clean as usual. I'll call you."

Her cheeks flare up in a blush as he continues to state how much he loves her. It was giving her butterflies in her stomach hearting it. "You would be the only thing to deny it." She smiles back at him as it was his choice as much as hers. "You did work me over good last night." A small tease/praise for him.

She was thankful for his aid, putting on a small amount of makeup as she gets ready. When she was slipping on her shoes, she notices the small splotches of blood on the bedsheets and she is forever glad for make up at the reminder of last night. She smiles into the kiss and kisses him back. "Alright, I will look forward to your call. I can help clean when I get home."

It was an offer but she was forever grateful that he takes care of the home chores while she works. Truly grateful as she can't even remember how she managed work and home before him. "Make sure you rest and take breaks. Especially since you are in heat."

A few more good morning kisses before he sees her off. He keeps himself busy by sweeping and keeping the home clean as possible to make himself useful.

He glances at the clock and it's nearing noon. He's not in heat which is good. He can concentrate on making lunch for her. He called her as he said he would.

"Would you like lunch? I can make sandwiches, noodles, riceballs, whatever you like and bring it to you at work."

So many kisses, it was hard to resist the temptation of calling in so that they could kiss some more. But for now, it was time to work so that her sweet cat won't have any worries.

Noontime came and as if on queue, the call she was waiting to hear came. "I would love some lunch, maybe some sandwiches that we can enjoy together." She pauses in her call as she hears a female co-worker asking if it was Haurchefant, only to squeal when Leanne confirmed it. "I will see you soon?"

"Ah, okay. What kind of sandwich you want? I can make something with ham or turkey, then add in the vegetables like lettuce and tomato with a touch of avocado and mayo. I promise you that it will be the most perfect and healthy sandwich."

Haurchefant busies himself making lunch for the both of them. Making sandwhiches, then add in bags of chips, and cuts up slices of fruit to make a small fruit salad and a beverage of sweet tea to go with it.

Eventually, he's out the door of their home and it will take him 30 minutes to find her working place where he's waiting outside the door. He's a very tall cat man to those who passes by him as he waits on the street for her to notice him and even sent a text that he's outside waiting for her.

"Turkey but hnnng, it sounds like it will be wonderful. You are spoiling me with your cooking."

It sounds like he was making quite the meal for her. Truly, she will forever claim that he was spoiling her with his cooking.

Leanne's stomach was about to start growling by the time of she gets the text. She perks up and hurries to the front door to give him a hug. "Haurchefant!!" She wants to kiss him but a stomach growl stops her. "Come in, Joy has been hanging around to wait for you." She giggles, moving to lead him inside and then towards her desk.

"Leanne~! Is your kitty here?!" A very excited voice speaks and belonged to a bigger woman than Leanne, the co-worker Joy who squealed at the sight of Haurchefant.

Leanne just chuckles softly and shake her head as she knows that Joy despite being a handful means well and won't pursue her new lover in that way. "I am starving, I can't wait to have some of your cooking." Though Leanne wasn't paying attention to some of the male co-workers just watching her, especially as she walks away.

"Leanne!" His ears and tails perked up with happiness. He rubs his face against her cheek and shoulders, purring. "I brought lunch today." He said with a grin and brought up the cute tote bag that has their lunch in it.

He's all smiles, being polite whenever he sees other people, but kept his distance since he doesn't know or trust other than his owner.

He's by Leanne side. "Let's have a break. Let's find a nice place to sit. Maybe under the shade by the sun or by a fountain would be nice."

Leanne giggles and the butterflies came back as he starts rubbing against her cheeks and shoulders. "I can't wait to eat it." And okay, she is going to go and give him a kiss on the cheek.

Some of the female co-workers came closer to properly greet Haruchefant but doesn't touch him, at least not without asking for permission first.

"There is a perfect shaded spot, the one that is under a tree. Let me let my team know." Once they reach her desk, she bends over a little to quickly type as well as put herself in lunch. "Okay, ready! Let us go." She beams up at him and holds out a hand to offer it for him to take.

"Follow me, my good boy."

He sees the female coworkers and gives a friendly wave, but he's way too loyal to Leanne to give them any attention. He's calm for the most part, his attention is on Leanne completely.

With a nod, he follows her dutifully and when they sit side by side, he opens the tote bag to show the sandwiches he made, bags of chips in snack size, and healthy fruits sliced up and cut up. "Look what I made for us. I follow a recipe." He took out a sandwich to start eating.

What has she ever done to deserve such a loyal, loving cat. One that loves her so wholly. She doesn't notice any of her male co-workers and just waves at the female coworkers.

Once they reach the spot and sit down, she leans against him. "You made a feast for us." She leans over to take a sandwich, taking a bite and moans. "It is amazing." And now for the fruits with another moan. "I fear that I am getting jealous of your talent."

A quick glance around before leaning up to give him a loving kiss, holding it for a moment or two, before pulling back, blushing quite a bit, to eat some more.

"How has your day been so far?"

"I'll try to learn more recipes so I could cook things for you to eat at work." He said. "I never done it before and it seems intimidating, but the how to videos make it easy to learn, so I want to do something for you." He said.

He munches away at the sandwiches, then opens a bag of chips next, and fruits and a beverage of sweet tea.

"I kept myself busy this morning. It's a matter of waiting for you to return home." He said bright-eyed.

"Well, you are doing a really good job so far. I feel a little bad that you are the one who cooks." But she isn't really complaining judging by her tone and smile on her face. "But it makes me happy to hear that you are doing it for me."

All the munching and eating, she even tries to feed him a couple pieces of fruit. They should go on a picnic for a date one day.

"I will try and see if I can get off early. But, please call if you feel your heat coming back, you don't need your medicine anymore." She holds up a child for him to eat from her hand. "The weekend is coming and then I can be all yours."

"Leanne, what kind of mate I'll be if I couldn't do that for you? I have to work to earn my keep so if making meals is something I could do, I'll do it." He said. He smiles back, watching her expressions of pleasure and joy. Pleasing her is all he wanted to do.

That sound like a romantic idea and good plan to spend time together. He munches whatever food and snacks left from her hands until the tote bag is empty.

"Leanne, the medicine isn't so bad. It just suppresses every few hours." He said. "Take your time and come home. I'll be waiting for you."

A small blush at the word mate. "That is true, my mate." She shakes her head before leaning up to give him a kiss under his chin. "You have done more than earn your keep, my silly boy. You have filled my days with joy and love."

She will have to come up with the perfect picnic date for them then! She smiles whenever he munches food out of her hands, enjoying the simple pleasures it was giving her.

"Are you sure, Haurchefant? I don't want you to think that you have to be on it. Especially if it hurts you or make it worse." But she goes to let out a contented sigh. "If you are sure, my mate. What do you want for dinner and I can bring it home, my mate."

He shook his head and smiles at the kisses and he embraces her shortly. "It doesn't hurt. Just an achy and cramp feeling when I need to hold back." He said. "But if you wish, I'll slowly wean off it."

He thought about it, "I have no idea what I want for dinner. Maybe something Italian like pizza and spaghetti?" He suggested. "If you have other ideas, give me a call before you finish work." He said as he gets ready to walk back home after their lunch.

She blinks as she listens before giggling as he kisses and embracing her. "Alright, only wean off of if you want to. Thank you for telling me."

"Spaghetti? Alright, I will bring some home. I can't wait for dinner now." She beams before giving him another loving kiss. "Thank you for bringing me lunch and spending lunch with me."

With lunch done, there was a small amount of time to just cuddle with him. "I love you..."

"It's no problem." He said.

He then has an idea. "Or I could make a tastier version of spaghetti myself, but I would need some money from you before I stop by the supermarket store on the way home." He said with a grin, as he has some ideas in how to make the dish himself.

He kisses back and gives her the cuddles. "I love you too." He whispered.

She smiles and softly nods.

Emerald eyes blink as he gives his idea and she smiles. "I will need to get my wallet from my purse. But only if you want to do this and I will get to spoil you sometime this weekend." She can't resist that grin. "I swear... Your grin can easily seduce me."

Loved, she felt so loved by him. "I wish I can stay like this forever." A soft whisper before checking the time. "Hnnn, break is almost over." She pouts and snuggled more against him.
