[Where?... What? Where is she? What is going on? Leanne wakes up in a startled motion and looks around. Wait a minute, why was her clothes there and why is she wearing underwear (AKA the cotton sundress)?! She reaches over to her dress, moving to her knees.... Only to stumble at the action and faceplant a little, her wings flapping with much gusto before returning to their limp state.

Leanne shakily moves herself to a half standing position, reaching up to rub at her face. How long... How long has she been asleep and why can't she hear the trees anymore? She blinks and goes to examine her hands and arms.... They are so long and big! She blinks a few more times before shaking her head, letting out a few bird chirps. No, she can admiring how big she has gotten just yet! First she needs to remaster the technique of walking again!

Okay, one more try! She can do this! She moves to fully stand up, waving a little as she stands. YES! She has gotten the first step, being able to stand again. Now comes the hardest part... Walking. She goes to take one deep breath and moves a foot to take one single step... Only to stumble and fall flat on her face again in a flurry of feathers before the video shuts off.]

[He grins softly at the song, and the flames die down a little. He's not the forgiving type, but he is a little impressed at how gentle she is.]

[She couldn't help but to giggle a little at how easily he goes along with that small request. She slowly reopens her eyes once the song was done. She goes to look up at him, nudging his cheek and face a little with the tip of her beak.

What kind of things do you prefer to eat? Typical heron diet? [Although what might be typical for herons in his world isn't necessarily typical for other herons in other worlds, but he's willing to bet it's mostly similar anyway.]

What kind of food? Nuts and berries and no meat at all. I cannot eat the flesh of another creature. Whatever the forest decides to provide for me and my people.

(You know, normal things that Herons eat at least in her mind.)

All right good, that shouldn't be too hard to find... no fish though?

Not even ffish. If one of my clan eats the flesh of another living being, we can become deathly ill.

(She goes to let out another sigh as she just cuddles closer to Marco, trying to soak in as much warmth as she can from him.)

No fish then. So fruits, veggies, berries, nuts. [Nods his head and holds her close and warm with a mental note to get her blankets and a jacket as soon as possible.] You should also talk to the airbenders here when you get a chance. They have a pretty similar diet I think.

Is grain okay? Rice and the like?

[She blinks a little at his recommendation but doesn't move much. NOT USE TO COLD WEATHER AT ALL! Also, gonna be talking a lot less now.]

Are this cute and acceptable? You can ask Keimi to tailor something better fitting later, but for now, this will do. Also you'll need to get an apartment, eh. This weather will get a lot colder in the upcoming months and it's not safe to stay outside.

[She really cannot care where they head first as long as she stays near warmth. She just nods her head at his question.]

Apartment?..... What is that? [She would rather make herself a nest in a tree somewhere.] But where would be a proper place to nest?

[Oh freck it, sleeping again sounds really nice and tempting. She goes to rub at her eyes with a wing, still remaining in her shifted form.]

You can make a nest inside. In a bed. It'll be safer.

[Wraps up in a blanket and keeps warm in a blue wing. Daw.]

[She has officially became a pure white heron puffball in a blanket. But so odd and oh hey! WARMTH! SO MUCH WARMTH! Okay, much easier to stay awake now. Though she does nudges his wing with her beak.]

Is it truly such a bad idea to make a nest outside? [She was more curious then anything and kinda can guess at the answer.] Is there buildings with a few beorcs within them?

It snows. The water gets cold it turns solid and falls from the sky and stacks up. Aye, staying outside in that might make you pretty sick, eh.

If you join CH3, we don't have too many beorcs, and you can always come to me if things get to be too much, okay? I live at the top with my two brothers, and we're away from most of the noisiest hu-- beorcs.

[Well, Ace and Marco themselves are pretty loud, but he means it's a little more secluded away from the shops and the busiest traffic.]

CH3? [Dude, she has no clue as to what you are talking about! But she does smile and nods her head, giggling as he corrects himself at the end.]

That sounds like a place for me to stay in. Until I get use to being around beorcs.

[Resting position is a go again! Though she does want to fly. She is strong enough to fly! Not very far but she still can.]

Who are your brothers?

Ace and Sabo live with me. I've got 1600 other brothers at home, but those are the only two in the apartment with me.

Ace is made of fire and Sabo is only ten years old. Cute little kid in a top hat with goggles, eh?

[Eye widening at the sheer number that Marco mentions. Not like he can see it.]

That is a large number of brothers.... How can you remember all of them?

Aye, he's adorable. Everyone who meets him wants to steal him for their own, but he loves running around so you'll probably meet him before you know it.

That is one of the greatest feats I have ever heard of.

Perhaps I should move in then on the same floor as you. To provide a safe place for the nestling to hide from those who wishes to steal him.

[Never underestimate a Heron's protective instincts, they can't fight well but they have tons of magics up their wings.]

[Marco just chuckles.] But then you'd be stealing him too, eh. Aye, but you're welcome to join the eighth floor. [Not that he could stop her but whatever.

I would do no such thing! I am glad then... I swear that I will be no trouble or burden for either you or your brothers while I am there.

[She does view that floor as being Marco's turf due to him being another bird so no wanting to over-step her bounds there and enter his turf without permission. Her stomach goes to let out another growl though as no food has yet entered it's domain.]

[Marco appreciates that even if he tries to be human enough to understand other perspectives. And blankets and clothes having been fetched, time for food. To the grocery store!]

Don't worry, we'll probably be more of the hassle. We're kind of a little wild sometimes, but they're good kids.

I assure you that neither you or your brothers will be a hassle for me.

[Unless, she gets dragged into the madness then it might be but, she will learn how to deal with rowdy boys. They couldn't be any worse then Taibarn.... Right?]
