She opens her mouth to protest more but then stops herself. It wasn't her place. This wasn't her place, her place was below a male.
Leanne doesn't stray at all from the path before her, though she stumbles a lot due to not using her feet for a long long time.
Each cough he lets out, her wings perk up a little in concern and she goes to let out a small coo. "How much longer? Do you need to breath with your scarf for a little?"
Mu walks slowly, following the crowd out of the crator and toward to the outside of the barren plains. It's hard to breathe with the toxins in the air and he's minding his fiery breath everytime he coughs.
"You keep it." He said. After traversing for nearly an hour, over the barren plains, in time, a rescue team arrives. A small team donning advanced full-body gear half in environmental suits, the other half in neon powered armor, and visors for helmets that will take them to the mobile station in the sky.
After they introduce themselves, they lead the way into the shuttle. "Leanne, I think we can hop on and leave this place."
"But...." She frowns, having a worried expression on her face. "You are coughing."
When the hour mark hits she could barely walk. She collapses to the ground, not able to move another step. The creatures in the strange suits made her panic briefly but she was feeling too tired to keep in the feeling.
She forces herself up and goes to weakly follow him, moving to bite her tongue to keep herself from passing out. "Hop on what?"
But it seems the farther away they moved from the toxic environment, the air has gotten better. "Don't mind me coughing. I really don't know what this is about."
He can see her panicking before they can enter the shuttle to leave and translate for her. "They want us to get on this vehicle. To transport us to the space shuttle. Then they can heal us with medicine."
She leans towards him, grabbing unto his arm and hands.
"I... I just need to rest. Just a little bit." She pants out and feels him helping her get on board. Weak, she felt so weak... She finds herself leaning more and more against him.
"I am tired too." He didn't have anything to eat or drink and they had been wandering for hours, lost on the barren crator. Once he has his hold on her, he gently guides her onboard onto the shuttle, minding her wings to the other passengers.
"Sit over here." He finds an empty row of seats, wide enough for her to sit, and he had her sit down next to him, allowing her to lean on him to feel his strong heartbeat.
They sat next to each other for a few long minutes, that he loosens his hold on her. The air is cleaner now, free of toxins, and the shuttle departed, flying through the sphere to the station in the sky.
Noticing the flight attendant crew is coming by to offer food and drink. "Do you need anything? Food? Water? I can get it for you."
"Don't apologize. I'm not sure what you're apologizing for if we just woke up hours ago." Looking at his red scarf, he took it back, wraps it around his neck since it's safe to breathe now. "You're welcome."
With a nod, he orders food, and he was given a bottle of water and a prepackaged box. When he opens it, it's all vegan and steamed vegetables. He hands her the box. "For you."
She was being a horrible royal. She was allowing her own weakness to prevent her from performing her duties. "Still... I am sorry..."
Her eyes were closed, giving into the desire to go back to the sweet darkness of unconsciousness. Only to be awaken somewhat by the sound of Mu's voice and touch.
He finds her polite. His spiritual powers was too low to detect emotions and thoughts psychically. He was too exhausted and depleted.
"I will." He helps himself to the given food and water to fill his belly, and nearly drifted off to sleep.
It's when there's an announcement that the shuttle has landed and it's time to depart to be sorted and registered by the government and receive medical attention.
Once they step off the shuttle and the crowd disperses to head into a line, "I think this is where we say good-bye for now."
She goes to force a chuckle at his small praise. She wasn't sure just how much strength she has left in her and this would be one less step for them to take if the need arises.
At his question, a part of her realizes what he is doing but yet, she feels too tired to really keep it up. "Ah yes... They are natural. I was born with them. I am from Serenes Forest...." She then looks up at him with a curious expression. "Are wings not natural where you are from?"
"Not ones made of flesh and feathers," he answers. "The flashier warlocks can fly on wings of fire at times." Like Osiris; that had been his favorite trick. It's a shame he's had his wings clipped now. "Though I can glide well enough when the need arises. Do you fly through this forest of yours?"
For Mu

No more... she cannot take another step. "..... Gi-Gi-Give me a moment, I can't take another step...."

"Leanne, you overexert yourself. Let me hold you so you can cross over." He offers his arms and takes her hand to help her get on board.

She was already failing at being a proper royal. She goes to sit down where he directed and moves to give him back his scarf. "Thank you..."
Her coniousness... It was drifting in and out. She could barely hear him and could only speak softly her next words. "No.... Meat...."
