Hopefully they can find a way to replicate the bullets without the blood, but just in case...

[On the day of the holiday, a plate of homemade cookies and a sample of herbal tea mysteriously appears on her doorstep. [He has gotten better at it since he learns to enchant a staff to help go around. It's a difficult month, but he managed even though his job is a bit much, it's the best he can do, and he absorbs his lessons from the coven.

I was working in a tea shop and they told me spring is the theme. I thought you might like this.

[She goes to let out a tired sigh, bit still smiles for him.]

That is good to hear, my friend. I am well, a little tired but well. The little ones can keep me on my tail if I am not careful.

[She goes to blush as much as a snake can, a small hiss leaving her as her forked tongue moves to taste the air.]

Ah, you shouldn't have. Truly you didn't have to.

[She goes to accept it and moves to give him a kiss on the cheek.]

Taking care of children is hard work, but I'm sure they appreciate you for being there for them. When I was a child, it was lonely too.
