He looks around to his surroundings to see no humans around to watch his transformation. Then hiding behind a big tree. "Then let's go."

In a flash of golden light, with his magic, he transformed as he stooped from his full height to his fours. To the human eye, he changed from a man to a beast. His robes melted away as fur took over his skin, and his eyes become more golden fox-like.

A handsome fox on his fours. A shiny red coat, black paws for feet, puffs of pointy ears, and a bushy tail with streaks and a tip. Hiding his tails as one.

Any human would have guessed it's a normal fox.

A small impish giggle escapes her at his words and she goes to join him in transforming.

Her light was more white than gold, her dress melting into the darker red fur of a fox, the trail of the dress changing into her tails before they merged into one.

She looked similar to Mu except for a couple of things, she was a lot smaller than him and her tail was a whole lot more bushier than his.

Leanne goes to first stretch a little in this form before moving to give her tail a quick groom and then a few licks in one of Mu's ears. A playful flick of her tail before she goes to start stalking after the kids. Her plan? To take one of the toys and play keep away for just a little bit.

With a huff and perking of his ears, his senses are sharper, sounds are clearer that he can hear the song of the birds for miles, and picking up the scent of his surroundings and her scent. Being a fox, he was used to the hunts in this form.

He gave her a nuzzle and with a bit of a stretch and yawn as he becomes adjusted in his form, he trots down the path with her by his side toward the children. The children playing in the playground took notice of the pair of foxes and they squeezed with delight.

One child haphazardly give Mu a chase and he playfully ran ahead, letting himself being chased after around the playground, separated from his mate as he rans through the jungle gyms.

Leanne lets out a purr as her mate nuzzles her. Hnn, maybe later she will groom his chest fur.

She goes to move about as gracefully as she can by her mate's side. The children were so cute and hearing their squeals of delight was always a treat.

Golden eyes watches as the child gives chase to Mu before she joins in by grabbing another child's toy doing the fox's HEHEHE laugh to encourage chase and therefore play. Allowing them to chase her before moving in to try and groom one.

Meanwhile, Mu swiftly stays inside one of the jungle gyms, beneath one of the lower levels anyway. He left the boy child caught him where he allows being petted, quite roughly.

The play and chase lasted for a while until the children were caught by the parents and they were screaming for their kids to run back to their side of the playground, and Mu watches his chaser left to run to his parents.

Afterward, he searched for his mate to rejoin her.

The other children that Leanne was entertaining were being just as rough with her as the boy was with Mu. A girl tied a ribbon and a few bows into her fur while she let out a loud yip when her tail was tugged roughly. It was hard not to nip at the child in question.

What felt like hours for her, fun hours, came to a close when parents were calling the children back. The girl who was dressing Leanne up just goes to pick her up to carry her to her parents.

Mu will see the sight of Leanne struggling in the girl's arms in order to try and free herself. This was one of the few times her small size was a disadvantage. The girl was in the middle of trying to convince her mom to let her keep the fox puppy.

A few more giggles and trying to free herself before she finally did and goes to first run a little bit before walking towards her mate, still covered in bows and ribbons.

The children and the family will see a pair of foxes from a distance, one seems to be a very big fox with red fur and a very bushy tail, and a smaller fox joining him covered in ribbons and bows. The children give the foxes a wave as they figured the foxes are a pair.

Mu still in his fox form looks to his mate, covered in bows and ribbons, with his golden eyes, "Did you have fun with the children?"

Leanne looked back in time to see the children giving her and Mu a wave, smiling and wagging her tail a little. They were so cute!

She then goes to focus her attention on Mu, before sitting down and scratching at her neck with a hind leg. "I did, though one wanted to keep me as a pet. How about you, my love? You looked like you were having the time of your life with that one boy."

Being the calmer fox, he sways his tail lazily as the children accompanied his parents, and then they are gone from sight.

The sun of the day is slowly dipping down, heralding the late afternoon. The sun is orange, streaking the sky and clouds a dark orange.

Turning to his mate, "Mn." He gives himself a shake and in a blur, he returns to his original form, being a tall male with long elegant hair and a pair of fox ears on top of his head.

"Let's head back home. It's time to make dinner." By home, it's his home in the forest that is on the outskirts of the town.

Leanne goes to start trying to remove the bows and ribbons, pausing only to watch him change back to the handsome man. She can remember the day that they first met. She was just a small fox spirit and somehow, she got his attention.

"I like that idea, what would you like, my love?" She goes to change back to her original form, bows and ribbons almost completely covering her mane of hair.

"I can make us some fish and rice with some veggies."

The first day he met her it seems like centuries ago when the humans lived a more simplistic life-style. They moved by horse-driven carriages and it was a different era then.

One thing that never changes, is his taste of fashion and resorting to use magic instead of technology. He fixed his robes in place, then searching his magic pouch, he took out his horsetail whisk, which is his wand, and with a flick of his wrist, he materialized a violet magic carpet in a Persian design where he sat on it.

The magic carpet will fly to his home in the forest. It's handy. Why walk across the city to the forest? Too many miles. He's a lazy fox. He waits for her to sit on it with him for the ride.

"You want to cook this time?" He said, grinning and amused. "That sounds too simple. Is it a simple grilled fish or sushi? The vegetables should be stir-fry and sauteed? I think with that, a soy sauce whole chicken will go well with that." Just suggestions.

It was such a simpler world and it felt so much larger than it did now. She did kinda missed the way the old world was.

Which is why she was grateful for the way he never changed his fashion and used magics instead of technology. She felt like she had to change a little in order to blend in better.

A small giggle leaves her as he just steps and sits on the magic carpet, following her mate and just goes to lean against him....

Except when he is being cheeky again and she moves to nip at one of his ears. "Yes, I do! I can't be a good wife if I don't cook for you. And what is wrong with a simple meal?" She goes to pout up at him.

"And here I was thinking of mating with you after dinner because of how you were with the human children." All of the pouting now. All of it. Fear her pouts.

Before he can chant the magic words to command the carpet to fly off, "A simple meal is bland." He pouts back as his ears are being nipped. "And I'm very hungry like a lot." His kitchen back home was the grandest room in his temple, and he kept it so well stocked for his huge appetite. "So I want a table full of chickens and jars of rice wine to drink with, and steamed jasmine rice."

"If you're thinking of mating tonight, we can certainly do that." Once he has his diet of chickens and wine. Having children isn't really a problem since somewhere in his library of books and scrolls, there are complex spells containing recipes written for fertility potions and enchantments to guarantee children. However, to create divine fox children take longer for the gestation to occur if they're planning a certain number of kits.

With a chant, a few magic words, and a whisk of his horsetail wand, he commanded the carpet to fly off through the skies and over the city. His home is a few miles away from the city, in the forest near the hills and mountains in the more rural parts, the countryside at the outskirts of the city.

Hidden deep in the forest, away from humans, in the area of springs, waterfalls, and lakes, there was his temple which he built hundreds of years ago, untouched and undiscovered. His temple cannot be seen as he placed a magical barrier around his home, so the temple exists both in the human world and their world, where spirits and magical creatures live side by side.

As the carpet landed in front of their home, he rose and willed the carpet away. With a stretch, he climbs up the stairs to the double doors of his temple where he looks forward to a quiet evening.

She gives his ears a few more nips as he pouts back and gives his protest. His huge and picky appetite was something that he always had. She goes to give in with a sigh, the pout not leaving her face. "I guess that I should leave the meal cooking to you then, darling." They were never wanting for food because of his kitchen and how he always kept it stocked up. He also always spoils her with the good food and meals so she never had to cook for as long as she could remember.

A small huff leaves her and shakes her head. "No, I changed my mind on it." She knew it would be much harder to have divine children so there was much more work needed to have become pregnant. "I just said that I was thinking of doing it." And that is all that she will say on the topic. At least for now as that particular mood died for her.

She rides with him home on the magic carpet, enjoying the silence and the feel of wind rushing through her hair. It didn't take them long to return home and her two tails reveal themselves as she gets off of the carpet. She had been deep in thought throughout the ride and haven't left it even as she follows a few steps behind her mate as it was her proper place.

Their home, it was beautiful and completely isolated from the outside world. She pauses briefly during the climb to just take in the view before following him again, matching his pace. Should he look behind him towards her, she would goes to smile up at him so that he could continue on without any worries.

He knew she wanted children for as long he could remember, yearning for a little one to raise and teach on her own, but part of him is also stubborn and resistant to the idea, wanting her to grow and advance one more tail since she has two. With them being both divine beings, it would mean their children will be divine as well and long-lived, almost near-immortal with the father passing down his magic. They would have to raise their first child for the first few centuries and raise their child powers, and then make the choice for rearing a second. He chooses to marry her and raise a family away from the eyes of mortals and the heavenly officials who tend to pester him with their affairs of the divine state.

And anyway, he waited for the day she'll have three tails to ensure stronger and powerful magical fox children, at least for the firstborn. He simply waits as he has an eternity for her to be ready.

Yes, their home. It was his dream palace, secluded and isolated where they both cultivate their magic in peace to grow their powers together. The human world is fascinating and he always takes his time to study their culture, their society, and technology with each era.

He pauses to see her smile and wonder if she's happy. He's the more serious and stern and always picky on details.

Eventually, he relented and relaxed. "All right I let you cook for me, but try to make it spicy and have more seasonings."

The issue of children was always a hard one for her as she does feel the pangs and also yearns to give him one. To hear the sound of their laughter and listening to their tiny paws running around the palace. She figures that it was due to her being much younger than him that she had those yearnings. But she knew that he loves her and while he wasn't always the most romantic, he always seem to show his affection in tiny ways. She fell for him and was overjoyed when he picked her to marry and one day raise a family. She... She will just have to be patient.

Patient and work hard so that she will gain her third tail. Everything felt like it rode on that to her. Physical intimacy beyond kissing and holding each other, giving her what she has been yearning for. Emerald eyes idly flicker behind her to look at her two tails, a small sigh leaving her. Patience, she will have to learn and exercise patience more.

Their home was a special one, one that was made to cultivate their power, strength and magic, while also being close to the human world. The human world was always fascinating and it was always a treat to being able to go there for a day.

She continues to smile up at him as he looks at her and her smile, eventually tilting her head as she wasn't sure what was going through his head.

But then he... Relents? That... She would have never expected that from him. A brief sad look flashes in her eyes before she closes then, shaking her head as she keeps up the smile. "It's okay, my love. I would rather have you eat something that you would want and enjoy." She will wag her tails in order to show that she was okay to not cook for him, the smile never leaving her face.

She was already planning to cook her own meal but, she will relent in this and smile for him. She will wait for him to move as she won't leave her place but, if he doesn't then she will move only to give him a brief kiss with a gentle nudge.
